Butler Skateland’s RulesĀ
- Everyone between the ages of 10 & 18 must have their own skates & Skateland ID for public night sessions
- Everyone between the ages of 3 & 25 must pay admission & skate rental to enter the building
- Parent spectators only
- All skates must have stoppers in them
- All backpacks, bags, & skate stoppers will be checked upon entry
- No headgear of any kind is allowed to be worn in the building
- No profane or abrasive attire
- Attire must not expose nudeness or undergarments
- No gum chewing or outside food or drink allowed in the building
- No loud or abusive language
- No loitering
- No fighting, rough housing, or aggressive behavior
- No vandalization of Butler Skateland’s property
- Skipping in line prohibited
- Everyone must be picked up/cleared from the parking lot no later than 15 minutes after session ending
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject without refund anyone not meeting the standards set forth
ID RULES
- You can only get an ID if you have your own skates
- You must have a Skateland ID & your own skates between the ages of 10 & 18 to gain entry to Butler Skateland
- Your ID card & skates must be present upon entry to Butler Skateland
- ID must be turned in upon admittance & picked up at dismissal
- ID must be renewed every 2 years or if lost/damaged before then
- We have the right to refuse purchase of Skateland ID’s
- If any rules are broken, Butler Skateland has the right to suspend your ID & admission to the facility
HOW TO GET AN ID
- There will be a $10.00 fee for your initial Skateland ID & a $5.00 replacement fee upon management approval
- ID’s can be gotten Sundays between 1:30 & 3:30 (limited number/week)
- The parent(s) & child receiving the ID must be present in order to get ID
- ID contract must be filled out completely & signed by the parent(s) & child receiving the ID
- If printing out ID contract before arrival, it must not be signed until at Butler Skateland
- Skates must be present & get approved by management in order to get an ID
- Parent(s) must show ID in order to sign for child’s ID
